Prospect Delight - River Views & Historic Charm

Escape to serenity at The Prospect Delight with breathtaking views of the Snake River. Conveniently located in the heart of the LC Valley. We're walking distance to downtown Lewiston shops & restaurants, LCSC, St. Joe’s Hospital & river walking paths. A 30-40 min road trip to Pullman & Moscow. MAIN LEVEL

You'll enter through the back of the home on the main level. Upon entering, you are greeted by a beautifully updated & fully stocked kitchen that flows into the formal dining area. We can seat up to 8 guests with 2 additional bar stools at the kitchen bar top. From here, there is a primary bedroom to the right with a king size mattress, 3 storage closets, and a door to the main floor FULL bathroom. You can also access this same bathroom from the kitchen. Going through the dining room, your breath will be taken away not only by the home's historic charm, but the incredible view of Snake River. There is a lot of history on Prospect Avenue and you will be able to feel it instantly. There are 2 living rooms on the main level (one designated as the TV room that also features board games/cards) and both areas have couches. Plenty of space to relax, unwind, and create memories with your group! There is another bedroom with a queen sized mattress to the left of the dining room. (Sleeps 4 on main level)

DOWNSTAIRS

When you first enter the home, there are stairs to go down to the lower level (through the laundry/mud room area). There are 2 formal bedrooms down here (1 with a twin mattress, the other with a double mattress) and then there is a queen sized mattress in the downstairs living space. There is a bathroom with a shower on this lower level along with additional space to get ready for larger groups.

(Sleeps 5 downstairs, + we have 2 queen sized air mattresses in downstairs storage, adding up to 4 more spots)

OUTSIDE

When you first arrive to the Prospect Delight, you will enter through the back alley to our beautifully landscaped and peaceful backyard setting. We have a gazebo with an outdoor table & chairs, a propane BBQ grill with utensils, and a fully fenced backyard (worry less if you’re traveling with pets & children). Can easily walk around the house to enjoy the breathtaking and unobstructed views of the Snake River.

You’ll enter through the back alley. There are 2 designated parking spots directly behind home (in front of red fence).

Green door has an electronic key pad. The door code will be provided to you the morning of check in.

Historic, peaceful.

There are 2 parking spaces directly behind home in the back alley. When you arrive, you’ll enter through back red alley gate. Then you will enter through the backyard and go to the green back door with a door code. The door code will be provided to you before check in.

Access to the home includes stairs: 3 steps down from the back alley parking area, and 2 steps up to the main entry of the home. See photos.

Additional street parking on Prospect Avenue if needed.

Air mattresses in downstairs storage can be blown up by request w/ extra linens. Living areas on both levels can fit an air mattress in the spaces. Our home can accommodate 10-13 people.
