EV Charging available at no additional cost. Book today! In the main house facing Sherman Ave., there are 3 bedrooms (including 2 suites) and 3 bathrooms. The main house features the fully stocked kitchen, dining area that can seat 6 - 10, 2 living room areas, and 2 outdoor patios. There is an enclosed loft area above the 2-car garage that features an open bedroom with 3 double mattresses, a couch & TV area, a bathroom & wet bar with coffee supplies. You will enter through the garage in the back alley. Can comfortable park 2 full size vehicles in this garage. Additional street parking available on Sherman Avenue (first come, first served). To access the main house: you will walk through the courtyard by the hot tub. To access garage/loft: You will take the stairs to the right after entering the garage area. We will not be available in person and prefer to communicate through the app. Walk to downtown Coeur d'Alene in 5 minutes! A physical key is left inside the main house at check in for you to enter/exit the home to Sherman Ave (front of home). There is a $250 fine if the key is not left at check out. Main entry point at check in/check out is through back alley.
